- Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan
- Lead dealers’ action plan development and control the execution
- Customer Satisfaction Index Score
- Analyze dealers’ customer satisfaction report and recommend action plan
- Lead dealers’ action plan development and control the execution
- Compliance of Standard Process, Facility and Manpower
- Lead and control progress of dealers’ customer concerns resolution.
- Willing to be placed in the Surabaya Area or currently domicile in Surabaya will be preferred

Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or IT Student in Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree majoring Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Informatics Engineering or equivalent.
- Passionate with Servers, Networking, Cloud Computing, and/or IT Infrastructure topics in general
- Hands-on Experience / Proficient with Linux OS Operations
- Understanding of Virtualisation / VM Concept and Solutions (VMWare, VirtualBox, etc), Basic Networking Concepts (Switching, Routing, Firewall), Basic Cloud Computing Concepts (ex: AWS, Alicloud, GCP, etc)
- Understanding / Experienced with Container / Docker / Kubernetes Concepts is a plus
- Understanding / Experienced with Bash Scripting and/or Python is a plus
- Full-time position is preferred
- Residency in Jakarta is preferred
